Welcome to DB Football Quiz Trivia. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

DB Football Quiz Trivia provides football quiz experiences including match trivia, player challenges (“Know Your Star”), identity challenges, team following, and leaderboards. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

  • You must sign in with a supported provider (e.g. Google or Apple) to use core features.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure.

3. Fair Play

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores or leaderboards
  • Use bots, automation, or reverse-engineer the App
  • Harass others or abuse our systems
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

The App, branding, questions, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Player names, images, and club references are used for trivia/entertainment purposes and remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or redistribute App content without permission.

5. Advertising

The App may display third-party ads (including full-screen interstitials and banners). Ad content is provided by third parties; we are not responsible for advertisers’ products or policies.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is.” Trivia questions are for entertainment; while we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that every fact or score is error-free. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
